These SMS Terms & Conditions govern participation in the TJ Propane text messaging program.

Program Description

TJ Propane offers an optional SMS messaging program that provides customers with transactional information related to their propane deliveries and services.

Messages may include:

Propane delivery scheduling notifications
Delivery reminders
Delivery status updates
Driver or delivery notifications
Delivery confirmations
Other account or service information directly related to a requested propane delivery

The TJ Propane SMS program is intended for informational and transactional purposes and is not a requirement for purchasing propane or receiving service from TJ Propane.

Consent to Receive Messages

Customers may enroll in the TJ Propane SMS program by providing their mobile telephone number and expressly agreeing to receive text messages.

Consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

By opting in, you authorize TJ Propane and its service providers to send text messages to the mobile number you provided concerning the TJ Propane SMS program.

Message frequency varies based on your account activity, delivery schedule, and service needs.

Message and data rates may apply.

Charges are determined by your wireless carrier and mobile service plan.

Opting Out

You may cancel participation in the TJ Propane SMS program at any time.

Reply STOP to any TJ Propane text message to opt out.

After sending STOP, you may receive a final confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, TJ Propane will no longer send messages through this SMS program unless you opt in again.
